Iulian Nuada

Name: Iulian Nuada (Iulian means Soft-haired and Nuada means Fog, connecting to color. Iulian is pronounced I-u-li-an while Nuada is pronounced Nu-a-da.)

Personality: He is calm yet also very menacing at the same time. Even though he never knew his real father, he felt closer to the one he called father, so he looked up to him. He became a noble yet harsh man under his father's eye and thus became the ideal heir to the Nuada. He does not express his emotions much and wears an emotional mask, never expressing what he might be truly be feeling. However, when he feels an emotion strong enough, it does show and is expressed. But these don't happen often and he seems to be in complete control of his emotions. However, he does have a twisted humor and finds pain for others to be a humorous sight. He also enjoys seeing other in such twisted emotional states, ones that would cause the most pain to them and waits for the day he can see such a face upon his 'little sister'.

Appearance: Short chin length hair that is a grayish white, is straight but also in an untidy mess and frames his face as well as slightly hides his eyes. Eyes have Heterochromia, the left is a dark midnight blue while the right is a bright whitish blue. Pearly white skin that almost seems too fair. White ears atop his head that resemble those of a snow wolf's. A slim yet almost strong looking figure but with an almost feminine look to it. Stands 5'7" tall.

Semblance: His semblance is based upon moisture, he cannot form water but he can cause a cloud or mist to form around him or a certain area he can see. However, forming it in an area away from his takes a lot of focus, so it leaves him pretty vulnerable. But if he uses it form around himself as a protective cover, it can come quickly and he doesn't need to focus as hard. He can form a cloud 15 to 20 meters around himself and when it is formed away form him, it can be 10 to 15 meters large.

Emblem: A white wolf head with a silver outline and eyes as well as a white stringy aura surrounding it.

Bio: Iulian had actually never had a name for he was a orphan from birth, left to die in a forest somewhere for being a faunus. His mother, who had fallen in love with a faunus, had this faunus baby. However, before he was born, his father had abandoned his mother. And the mother, not wanting to remember the man, left her baby in the forest, for he resembled much of his father, even as a baby. However, a young woman had found him and brought him to a large mansion that belongs to a rich and noble family, whom the woman worked for. But, try as she might, she could not hide the child from her master and mistress. When he was found out, the mistress fell in love with the white child with tiny wolf ears. And so, with much pushing from the mistress, the master finally gave in and adopted the wolf child. It is then he was given the name Iulian and became a part of the Nuada family.

As he grew up, his family taught him much about aristocratic life, he also found out his family's hidden secret. His father, without his mother's knowledge, was working with the dark side of society. It turned out that a lot of the big time crime lords worked alongside the Nuada family, making them as rich as they were. But, even though Iulian found out about this, he was not scared away. He actually was intrigued by the aspect and on one occasion, had sneaked into his father's office before a meeting with such men when he was 11. However, he was easily found out and even though he was to be punished, he somehow talked his father into teaching him about this side of their family's work. And so, he began learning about the dark things his father had worked with to put his family where it was.

Way before, he had figured out that the people who he called mother and father were not his real parents, for he was a faunus and they were not. So, when he had been 13, he began to search records to try and find out who his mother could have been. When Iulian finally reached the age of 16, he figured out how to do much of his father's work, much to his father's approval. And not only did he learn that, he also was taught how to fight and he taught himself how to construct his own weapons. He was pleased with himself when he finally became as strong a man as his father. It is also around this time that he also found out who his mother was, he could not find out who his father was, figuring it was harder to find out about faunus. However, since he found out who his mother was, he went about trying to pinpoint where she was.

And he couldn't find out until he reached 19, however, what he found, made his blood boil. He found his mother, but married and with children. She seemed to have completely forgotten about him. Filled with rage, he went to the home she lived in when the children and her husband were out. He glared at her with his eyes, she already realizing who he was. She told him she was sorry for leaving him but she felt so much pain at seeing his small face when she had given birth to him. However, Iulian would not hear of it and killed her, but her husband had come back after she was dead, having forgotten something and was too killed by Iulian before being taken with him to be burned. He had wanted to take out the whole family but he somehow could not harm the little girl, for she looked like him. And so, he decided to let her live, for now and would bide his time before he would take his full revenge upon the family that had taken the place of him.  



Battle attire: A grey long sleeve shirt that is split down the front from the neck to mid chest. White pants that are loose but held up around his waist by a belt. Black gloves upon his hands as well as black boots that have a thick sole. A white and light grey chest-plate that goes all around his lower half and to his neck, has intricate design all over it and forms his emblem upon his back. White arm/hand guards with claw like fingers and goes all the way up to his elbow. A black high collared cape that is secured with large white shoulder guards.

Normal/Work attire: A white long sleeve, collared shirt that has two of it's top buttons undone as well as a gray vest over it with a silver chain from the top button to the pocket on his left breast. He wears light gray gloves with light gray slacks that are held up by a gray belt with silver-white buckles. Upon his feet are black dress shoes with a silver chain around the ankles. Over the tops he wears a tailored light gray jacket that had long sleeves with silver buttons and a white trim.

Fighting style: He is very close up in his fighting, but also with a bit of distance between himself as he uses his broadsword. As long as he can move in for a decisive hit on his opponent, he will stay back and use his gun against them. He is also very quick in switching weapons, since he has to stab the ground in order to get access to the gun, and just as quickly, he can attach the gun back into place and pull his sword out for a block or strike. He also is very calculating with his strikes, always attacking when he sees an opening and if he is unable to see one, he will unleash a barrage of strikes upon his opponent.

Weapon Name: Fantoma is the name he uses for the Sword and Ceata is what he calls his Gun.

Weapon Range: Fantoma has a range of 7 to 8 feet around him and when his has Ceata, it has a range of 40 to 55 meters.

Weapon type: A buster-sword with a hilt/guard that can morph into a Mares Laig of his design.

Weapon Description:  A long silver buster-sword reaching up to 5 to 6 feet length and 2 to 3 inches width. The blade is sharp and curves to a point with white spirals trailing up the middle of the blade. The guard is white with black ends that a small curve to it over the hand, the hilt being large and circular that is silver with black handle and white end. The Mares Laig has a silver barrel with a white and black hand-guard and silver lever below it.

Weapon Abilities: The Mares Laig shoots off dust covered bullets, ice ones. Upon impact with a target, it will freeze the area around the impact, covering at least 2 to 3 inches of it.



Family: His father, Argent Lycos, is a wolf faunus and Iulian has no idea where his father might be, nor does he even know his name. His mother is Coral Stella, who has married Aaron Glass and both of who Iulian killed. His adoptive parents, Damian and Chel Nuada, are both alive. However, his father has grown ill, leaving the family business to Iulian and his mother is taking care of his father, leaving her little time to give Iulian any of her attention, which he prefers it that way.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
- Quick thinker, able to think up tactics/plans while in the heat of battle
- Very tackful, able to think up battle plans and effective tactics to use against and with certain parties
- Quick Wit/Silver Tougned, able to banter with others, being able to turn the argument around to his favor
- Business Orinated, able to work out deals and is very down to business
o Cannot fight in snow, for the cold causes him to process things slower
o Closes himself off from others, keeping much to himself
o Secret vendeta against his own family (Biological)
o Possesive obession with the misery and destruction of a certain individual

Other: Iulian loves his adoptive parents and would never let anything happen to them, even now, the illness in which has taken hold of his father is tormenting him on the inside, for he know he could do nothing to help his father. However, other than his parents, he shows no compassion to anyone, not even the servants and maids of the Nuada Manor. He is currently aligned with the Faunus resistance group, the White Fang, but this is more out of race obligation than him actually wanting to help them. He however does like working with Roman and Cinder.
