Name: Nuri Ahmes (Nuri means Gypsy, Ahmes means Child of the Moon)
 
Gender: Female
 
Race: (White) Feline Faunus
 
Age: 33
 
Year: N/A
 
Personality: She has a very calm and collected demeanor, however, when angered, she is fierce, like a lion. Most things do not anger her, only certain subjects, like the faunus rebellion, her family, fellow staff and her faunus traits. If anyone tries to either hurt, or push the topic, she will blow up at the person if they push too much, and very ready to cause bodily harm to those who hurt those she considers precious. However, she keeps a calm face and doesn't express much, not when she is working or outside of the clinic. However, she is very caring and though she may not outwardly express it, most people can sense it with her atmosphere.
 
Appearance: She has long white hair, her bangs reaching just below her eyebrows and hide her eyes a bit. Her side bangs are tied into a golden shaded cloth, reaching from the roots to her chin, the rest of her hair, being just below the shoulder in length, it left loose. Atop her head are white furry cat ears that she doesn't bother to keep hidden. The rest of her hair falls loosely and is a tad unkempt. On her ears, she has dangling earrings that are golden. She has Heterochromia eyes, her left eye being an almost golden brown while her right is a bright bluish green. Her skin is a deep creamy tan brown. She also has a slim white tail that is kept under her cloth. She stands at 5'7", tall for normal girls and as a very lean look to her figure.
 
Representation: Bast (or Bastet), the Egyptian Goddess, Lower Egypt, the sun and the moon.
 
Color Representation: Navajo White
 
Semblance: Her semblance allows her to hover for a set period of time. She can also only hover about 3 feet off the ground, however, if she were to jump before hovering, depending on where she was, either ascending or descending, she would hover around that level. She cannot fly or move over great distances with this ability. She however can fight more effectively with her whips from a higher advantage point, allowing for concrete strikes. Her semblance only last from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how far she is from the ground.
 
Emblem: A sistrum that is a yellowish white color with the Ankh being a darker tone.
 
Bio: Nuri lived a very poor, but happy life with her family. As she grew up, she played with her brothers and sister, having adventures in the woods around them and rough-housing with each other. However, when Nuri was very young, her mother was killed in a Grimm accident with a human. It was found out that the human had somehow attracted the Grimm and when her mother tried to save the human, she herself was harmed. It was a fatal wound and she didn't last the way back to the village. Hurt and angry with the humans, she could not bring herself to forgive them for it. However, she was not able to act out this anger, being the eldest of the girls, she was tasked with the upkeep of the home. She had to learn how to take care of herself and her family. After her mother had died, it broke her father and began getting into the wrong kind of company. In his despair, he met a human woman, who was able to bring him back to his old self. And the two had many children. However, after she had had her way with him, she left, leaving both him and the children behind. Nuri would never know if she left out of spite or because she had no choice, but either way, Nuri hated the woman even more. She however could not leave her half-siblings behind.
 
And so, she took them in as well, taking care of them the best she could. However, as they got older, her faunus brothers began to hate their half siblings and started to join in on the campaigns with the White Fang. And as her half-siblings got older, they two joined her brothers in the White Fang, feeling that they must help their faunus siblings. She would have joined too but her father told her that she needed to protect them all. And so, she decided to find some way to help others. Sure, she hated the humans to a certain point, but she could not bring herself to harm them because of what happened to her. It not was just the human's fault her mother died, it was also the Grimm's fault. If all they had to face were the humans, they could somehow make them see reason and hopefully live peacefully. But with the Grimm added to the problem, it makes their lives even harder. And so, knowing that her little sister, who she loved very much, was old enough to take care of herself and their father, she enrolled into a hunter's school as well as take some side classes about medical practice. With the help of her teacher at the school, she was able to find her style of fighting and got to work on commissioning her weapons. After she has passed the school with good results, she enrolled into Beacon to hopefully fight against the Grimm that were causing all the problems.
 
After she had graduated from Beacon, she then went into schooling for something she thinks would be a good assist to her, learning medical practice. During her time in the school, in which she took the longest classes, she also took on tasks as a hunter to gain experience in fighting. People in both the field of battle and her medical schooling told her that she could not be both a hunter and a doctor but she began to prove them wrong. She passed high in her class and went straight into the medical field. Not only did she work at a facility she also used her newly acquired skills on the battle field. She became a useful assent to other hunters and she raised in the ranks in the medical field. She soon became known for her skills and after she had decided she had learned all she need in the hospital she was working at, she asked by a man in green to join his school. Though she was hesitant about accepting the offer, she felt that this was what she had been working for, so she decided to accept and is now the doctor of Beacon Academy, the school she had been a student in before.
 
Equipment and Battle Info
 
 
Battle attire: A white cloth shirt that is wrapped around her chest, being tried at her back and the rest of the cloth trailing down her back, reaching her knees. Underneath the white cloth is an orange cloth that reaches just past her waist and holds over the top of the white cloth. She then has a yellow cloth tied around her waist below the orange cloth, that is slit on the right side and reaches to her knees on the left. Underneath the yellow cloth are golden bands, three of them around her right leg, all above her knee, this is where one her whips is hooked. Around her waist is another golden band but is more detailed with gems, on the left hip, is the other hook for her other whip. Upon her feet are simple white sandals that loop up her leg, keeping them upon her feet. On her arms are a single golden band, 2 inches in length, that are strapped upon her upper arms. She also has two more golden bands strapped around her wrists. Around her neck is a single golden chain with an orange ankh upon it. She like to wear a red cloth upon her shoulders that trails down her back to her waist when she is not fighting. When she does fight, she throws the cloth off.
 
Normal/Work attire: A white cloth shirt that hangs loosely on her body, which are held up by a gold band around her neck, the shirt goes down past her waist. Tied around her waist is an orange cloth that is tied on her left hip, the loose cloth on the ties hanging down to mid-thigh with a few gold decorations upon the cloth. Under the shirt, she wears a yellow cloth shorts that reach past her knees and is trimmed with orange designs. She has three golden bands around her right leg above the knee. Just below the orange wrap is the golden band with gems. On her feet are light brown sandals that look around her ankle. On her arms are a single golden band, 2 inches in length, that are strapped upon her upper arms. She also has two more golden bands strapped around her wrists. Around her neck is a single golden chain with an orange ankh upon it. Over all this she wears her white lab coat which has a golden trim which she had made herself.
 
Fighting style: Nuri likes to fight with quick flicks and sometimes spinning motions. Lashing out with her whips, letting her catch onto something, to either pull the object towards her or her towards it. With easy fights, she likes to only use one whip, Badru and even then, she won't activate it unless she really needs to. But before she unleashes it's dust powers, she'll pull out Khnurn first. If the fight gets to such a point, she will activate both of them at the same time, bring on her full force to the fight.
 
Weapon Name: Khnurn and Badru (Khnrun means Mythical Reborn Sun, Badru means Born under the Full Moon)
 
Weapon Range: 5 to 8 feet
 
Weapon type: DIW (Dust Infused Whip) x2
 
Weapon Description: The two are metal whips. Khnurn's handle being more orangish in color with the ends being red, the whip itself, when sheathed, is red from the handle, but as it travels to the tip, shades to orange then to a bright yellow. Badru's handle is a blackish blue with the ends being a black shade, and the whip itself is black from the handle and turns to blue, then to white as it travels to the end. Both whips can the split into multiple strands.
 
The whips then change color, Khnurn being full on red and Badru full on blue.
 
Weapon Abilities: Both whips are infused with dust chambers in the handles. A single flick of a bottom on the top of the handle allows the whips to unravel, thus turning on the dust. Khnurn has fire dust infused in it while Badru has ice dust infused in it.
-If Khnurn just barely touches something, that area catches fire, though, it is only a small flame. However, if not put out upon catching, it will rapidly grow. But, when Khnurn coils around something, it will instead of catching fire, starting heating up the metal upon the whip, burning whatever it is coiled around. On it's lowest setting, the whip will only give first degree burns and a sunburn. However, set to it's highest setting, it will deeply burn, if human, it will burn the skin to the bone, the same effect for Grimm as well.
-If Badru barely touches something, object or person, it will freeze that area, however, if not broken at that split second, it will grow, but only so much. If it hits someone's shoulder, first about an inch of ice will form, but within a few seconds, it will grow, covering the shoulder, some of the neck area and the arm. However, it does not freeze the body, only encases it in ice, more like a shell. It is more to keep the target from moving than to actually cause harm.
 
Misc. Info
 
 
Family: She has two brothers, a sister and a father, at some half-siblings as well being 3 boys. She however does not associate herself with her half-siblings and barely even gets along with her brothers. The only ones she can bare to be around are her sister and father. Her brothers and half-siblings are apart of the faunus rebellion, which she will take no part in.
 
Strengths and Weaknesses:
- Very independent
- Quick in a fight
- Always ready for anything that might come her way
- Good control over her use of weapon and her sembalence
- Stronger than she looks
o Soft spot for girls younger than she is, for they often remind her of her little sister
o Slight fear of scorpions
o Trouble with hand-to-hand combats, as such, often stays out of close combat quarters
o Quick temper that often resorts to violence if pushed far enough
o Smart medically but not so much with battle tactics
 
Other: She is proud of her faunus traits and will talk/beat down anyone who tries to make her feel bad about them.

Only thing in this one is maybe some more in the "Strengths and Weaknesses" area.
